The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.
Cameron Station 2024 Annual Meeting Information
The Cameron Station Annual Meeting will be held Monday, November 4, 2024, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Cameron Club in the Victoria Hebert Great Room; it will be conducted in a hybrid format (Zoom and in-person). All voting will be conducted through Survey and Ballot Systems consisting of both paper and online balloting options as was offered in 2023.
