Living in Cameron Station means easy access to the Metro. Our private community shuttle runs weekdays during morning and evening rush hours to and from the Van Dorn Metro, giving residents and their guests a reliable and convenient way to get where they need to go. Schedule & Stops
The shuttle runs Monday through Friday during peak commuting hours, excluding federal holidays. It is available to all residents and provides service to and from the Van Dorn Metro.
Note the following:
- Residents must present their Cameron Station Facilities ID, and guests must show their Guest Shuttle Pass to board.
- The shuttle only picks up and drops off at designated stops throughout the community, as marked on the Shuttle Bus Map.
- The shuttle only picks up at stops marked with a physical shuttle bus sign.
- The shuttle drops off at the intersection of Cameron Station Blvd and the referenced street (other than Brenman Park Drive).
- If the shuttle arrives early, drivers are instructed to wait until the scheduled departure time to ensure passengers can board as planned.
- For afternoon departures, drivers are instructed to wait if the Metro train is running late to accommodate delayed arrivals.
- The shuttle may make exceptions to its regular stops for residents with mobility challenges, such as those using canes, walkers, or crutches.
- Residents with special needs may contact Patrick at Limo Interconnect at (703) 237-5551 to arrange transportation to the Van Dorn Metro during shuttle operating hours.

Holiday and Inclement Weather Schedule
The shuttle schedule follows federal government closure decisions, including federal holidays and weather-related closures.
Federal Holidays
The shuttle does not operate on federal holidays. For the latest federal government holidays, visit the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) website.
Inclement Weather
The shuttle schedule aligns with the federal government’s inclement weather decisions:
- If the federal government is closed due to inclement weather, the shuttle will not operate.
- If there is an early departure operating status announcement closure, there is no change to the shuttle schedule.
- If there is a delayed arrival operating status announcement start, shuttle runs are delayed by the same number of hours.
- The shuttle will not operate in extremely dangerous conditions. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Guest Passes
Guests are allowed to use the shuttle with an approved Guest Pass. To request a pass, email managers@cameronstation.org with the following details:
- Home Address
- Guest Name
- Date(s) Guest will be riding
