Cameron Station Facilities, Guest and Nanny Passes and Room Reservations
WHO NEEDS A FACILITIES PASS?

Please know that all Cameron Station residents must present a Facilities Pass (photo ID Card or Mobile Credential) in order to use the pool, fitness facility, or shuttle bus. 

To obtain a pass Residents must complete the Access E-Form. If you do not have the proper access cards/mobile credentials, you will be turned away. Please reach out to the management office at admin@cameronstation.org if you do not have your access card/mobile credential.

Facilities Passes will be issued to CSCA Members, individuals residing in their homes (including all children), and to tenants designated by non-resident owners. Only upon presentation of a valid Cameron Club Facilities Pass shall persons be entitled to enter and use the facilities.

A Cameron Club Facilities Pass will be re-issued whenever ownership or residence changes occur (sale or new designated tenants) or in the case of children under five (5) years of age, each year.

HOW DO GUEST PASSES WORK?
Each residence in the CSCA will receive one free guest pass (with 16 punches) each year. These passes will be single-use passes. Guest passes will be marked with the year for use and may not be carried forward if unused. Guests must be accompanied by a CSCA resident with a valid Facilities Pass at all times. However, residents may request an exception to the Guest Pass Policy requiring Facilities Pass holders to accompany their guest(s) as follows: (1) The request must be in writing and be submitted to the management office no later than 48 business hours prior to the date for which the exception is requested, and (2) the request must include the name and address of the resident; the name(s) of the guest(s), and the date(s) of visit. If granted, the exception will be for weekdays only (no weekends or holidays). Additionally, the same rules pertaining to guest pass use, age restrictions, numbers of guests, and the number of days the pass is valid will apply. If capacity levels are reached in the Fitness Center, Pool, or Gymnasium, residents will have priority over unaccompanied guests in using the facilities. Management has the option of revoking the exception should the guest(s) violate Cameron Club rules while using the facilities.
A one (1) day Guest Pass is available from the CSCA Staff at a charge of $5.00. A 7-day Guest Pass is available for $25.00. This pass will be valid for seven (7) days, and use is not required to be consecutive days. A one-month guest pass is also available for extended stay guests at $75.00. All passes are non-refundable.
Cameron Station Facilities Pass Holders may bring only four (4) guests per household to use pool at any one time.
Facilities Pass holders may bring only two (2) guests to use the Fitness Center at any one time.
WHAT IS A NANNY PASS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?
Each residence may obtain one (1) “Nanny Pass”. Nanny passes will be assigned with the year of use and are specific to individual residences. Residents wishing to obtain a nanny pass will be required to provide written authorization with the names of any nanny or childcare provider who will escort Cameron Station Facilities Pass Holders under the age of 16. Nanny Pass holders may not use the facilities without accompanying a Facilities Pass holder from the address listed on the Pass. Nanny Pass holders are not permitted to bring guests to the facility.
CAMERON CLUB ROOM RESERVATIONS

The Victoria Herbert Great Room, The Paul Henderson Room, and the Conference Room are each available for reservations.
