Room Reservation Rental 

The Club offers the Victoria Hebert Great Room, Paul Henderson Meeting Room, and a Conference Room for rent to residents for private events. Per the current Cameron Club Operating Rules and Procedures, only residents/designated tenants 18 years of age or older and in good standing with the Association are eligible to reserve these rooms.

The Victoria Hebert Great Room has: A catering kitchen (sink, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, icemaker and dishwasher), (up to 10) rectangular tables and (up to 70) upholstered chairs. Any other items needed must be provided by the renter from outside suppliers.

The Paul Henderson Meeting Room has rectangular tables and upholstered chairs. The Conference Room has a conference table and swivel chairs.

Victoria Hebert Great Room

Security Deposit: $300 check (refundable)
Rental Fee: $150 check (nonrefundable, 4-hour block or portion thereof)
Rental Fee with AV equipment: $170 check(4-hour block or portion thereof)
Cleaning Fee: $150 check, nonrefundable cleaning fee that is consistent with the Association's cleaning contract.

Paul Henderson Room 

Security Deposit: $300 (refundable)
Rental Fee: $50 (4-hour block or portion thereof)
Cleaning Fee: Nonrefundable cleaning fee that is consistent with the Association's cleaning contract.

Conference Room

Security Deposit: $300 (refundable)
Rental Fee: $25 (4-hour block or portion thereof)
Cleaning Fee: No Cleaning Fee

Residents are required to complete the Cameron Station  Meeting Room Contract  and submit the checks and deposit in order to reserve a room.
