The Compass periodically highlights recaps from recent Cameron Station Community Association Board of Directors (the “Board”) meetings. The Board generally meets on the last Tuesday of every month.
Meetings are open to the community to attend and observe, either in person in the Cameron Club or virtually via Zoom. Each meeting includes a Homeowners Forum which is held early in the session and provides any homeowner three minutes to address the Board directly.

The meeting commenced at 7:00 pm and ended at 10:15 pm.
- The Board heard from the president of the Cameron Station Civic Association on several city issues currently being followed and upcoming meeting dates.
- The Treasurer reported thatthe Financial Advisory Committee has now received all 2025 financial details and will be providing a budget summary at the next meeting.
- During the homeowner’s forum, Tricia Hemel provided final report for the Give & Take Pantry and thanked everyone who supported the community. Several other residents also spoke during open forum, commenting on snow removal, parking and the trash contracts.
- The Board provided time for 5 different ARC appeals by residents.
- The Board approved motions for conduit line repair and insurance replacement costs for light poles in the neighborhood.
