Advertising space is limited and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The ads published on the site are solely at the discretion of the Cameron Station Community Association (CSCA) Communication's Committee, in conjunction with the management staff.
Ads will be scheduled to run on Mondays and will run for 28 days. Only one (1) ad per advertiser per 4-week period is permitted. Payment and advertisement must be received one week prior to the Monday start date. Images must be submitted web-ready, in color, and in .jpeg, .png, .tiff, or .gif format. No audio or flash is allowed.

The newsletter is published bi-monthly. Advertising space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the number of ads in each issue is solely at the discretion of the newsletter staff or Communications Committee. Ads must be submitted no earlier than the 15th of the month preceding issue date and no later than the 30th (e.g. August 15-30 for September/October issue, etc.). Payment must accompany all ads. Artwork must be camera-ready: 65 line screen or 300 dpi. Advertisers will receive a copy of the printed newsletter in which their ad appears.
Any submissions for publication must include writer's name, address, and phone number, and must be received by the 25th of the month preceding issue date. The newsletter staff, Communications Committee, or Board of Directors reserves the right to edit submissions for typos, length, tone, and content. They will also determine the newsletter to be "full" at their discretion. Articles are to be factual and of public interest. Editorial content may be deemed inappropriate at the discretion of the newsletter staff, Communications Committee, or Board of Directors. Photographs submitted will be returned to sender if accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Artwork may be emailed to our Administrative Assistant at: admin@cameronstation.org. The Cameron Station staff does not re-size the advertisements. Please send the artwork "camera ready."

Parking in Cameron Station is divided into three categories: Resident, Visitor, and Open parking on specified city-maintained streets - Cameron Station Boulevard, Ferdinand Day Drive, Somervelle Street, and Brenman Park Drive.
Residents are required to park in their designated spots or park on city streets. Detailed instructions for car registration and community parking policies can be found on our website's Parking & Vehicle Registration page.
Visitors who wish to park in designated Visitor parking areas must visibly display a visitor pass on their vehicle's dashboard.
Note that parking on city streets is limited to a maximum of 72 hours in the same spot.
