The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format (Zoom and In-Person) in the Victoria Hebert Great Room at the Cameron Club. All voting will be conducted through Ballot Bliss consisting of both paper and online balloting. More information, incjuding the Zoom link, will be provided in the 2nd Meeting Notice letter.

The Cameron Club is a polling place for the General Election on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, beginning at 6:00 am. Please see below for guidelines provided by the Election Office:
Time: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm
Location: Cameron Club, Victoria Hebert Great Room
Entry: 200 Cameron Station, Fitness Center entrance
Exit: Side exit within the Great Room
Signs will be posted throughout the Cameron Club to show entry and exit. Volunteers will be on site to guide and assist with parking.

Gentle Yoga (Complimentary) - Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00 am - Victoria Hebert Great Room
Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A gentle yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.

It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms. The workout is watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO' for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind!
