No Stretch & Core Class
The class instructor is not able to hold session so there will be no Stretch & Core Class on Monday, September 28, 2026. Class is still scheduled as normal for Wednesday, September 30, at 10:30 am in the Multipurpose Court.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Complimentary) – Mondays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Victoria Hebert Great Room
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.
