Stretch & Core (Complimentary) - Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30 - 11:30 am - Multi-Purpose Court

A focused abdominal & core training session using a variety of tools, which may include stability balls, BOSU, medicine balls, and weights integrated with restorative stretch and flexibility.

Wednesday, September 23, 2026 - There will be no POMSQUAD Fitness Class, instead there will be Zumba at 6:30 pm in the Multipurpose Court
