\nGentle yoga classes are typically describ ed as appropriate for those who want a softer\, nurturing\, slow-paced\, w ell-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orche strated movements\, controlled pressure\, and well-measured stretches\, in cluding range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual s teps\, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that th e practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A gentle yoga style encou rages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encourage ment to make moment-to-moment adjustments.
