The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held Monday, November 2, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format (Zoom and In-Person) and in the Victoria Hebert Great Room at the Cameron Club.

The Common Area Committee (CAC) advises the Cameron Station Board of Directors (Board) on the design, maintenance, and use of the community’s common areas for the Cameron Station Community Association (Master Association). These include green spaces, landscaped areas, pocket parks, and pathways, all of which contribute to the beauty and livability of Cameron Station. The committee helps ensure that these spaces are well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with the community’s long-term vision.
The CAC reviews landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts, provides feedback on seasonal plantings, and makes recommendations for improvements, replacements, or repairs. Members also respond to resident input and work with management to maintain high standards of care across all shared outdoor spaces.
