AGENDA: 

1.        Duke Street Planning Process:  Jose Delcid, Urban Planner III for the Department of Planning & Zoning, will discuss the Duke Street Planning Process. This project was started this year and involves updates to the comprehensive land use plan for the Duke Street Corridor from the former Landsmark Mall to the King Street Metro. 2.        Eco-City Homes program and the Eco-Festival:  Samantha Heitsch, Sustainability Coordinator for the Office of Climate Action, will discuss the Eco-City Homes program and the Eco-Festival at Ben Brenman Park. The Eco-City Festival is on May 10 from 10 AM to 2 PM at Ben Brenman Park and it is a free family-friendly event where you can take part in fun games and activities to learn more about environmentally friendly practices and interesting environmental programs happening in our City. 3.        Updates on City Programs and Redevelopment Matters Affecting Cameron Station: Sash Impastato, First Vice President of the Civic Association, will provide updates on any current and significant City programs and redevelopment projects that will have an impact on Cameron Station. (7:50 – 8:00 pm)
