This class is a fusion of Pilates, strength training, and yoga and will help strengthen the core, stretch muscles, and "tighten 2 tone" tough spots! Using exercise balls, strength bands,
and your body weight, this class focuses on firming the inner/outer thighs, rear, and triceps--leaving you feeling firmer, stronger, and centered all day long!
