Requesting a Shuttle Bus Guest Pass
The Management office can provide guest passes for the shuttle bus. In order to receive a shuttle bus guest pass, the resident must submit the request in writing to Management with the Homeowner’s address, the dates the shuttle bus will be needed by the guest(s), and the guest(s) names. Management will then sign-off on the guest pass and forward it back to the homeowner via e-mail, fax, or pick up from the Management Office.
Inclement Weather Policy
Should the Federal Government have a delayed opening or early closure, the shuttle bus will run as follows. In the case of an early closure, one shuttle bus will begin to run earlier (and ending earlier) and the other will run during the normal schedule. Should the Federal Government schedule a delayed opening, one bus will begin running on the normal schedule, while the other will begin running on a delayed. (For example, if the Federal Government has a two hour delayed opening, one bus will begin running at 5:45 am, while the other will begin at 7:45 am.) This modification to the schedule may cause some delays. The shuttle buses will not run in extremely dangerous conditions, however, the decision to stop the shuttle will be made on a case by case basis. If you have any questions on the shuttle bus schedule during inclement weather, please contact the Management office at (703) 567-4881 or ARM Transportation at (888) 646-3603.
