Current Status: The project passed the City of Alexandria inspection in early May, however there are still some work items remaining. The second floor is almost done except for some small items, so both of the conference rooms are "open for business." Most of the remaining work is in the Great Room and the front desk. Unfortunately there was a problem with the sub-contractor doing that work and RW Murray has had work around these issues.

Current Schedule: The remaining work should be done by the end of May, to include the final lock sets and front desk work.

Current Working Estimate: $899k
