Virginia Law requires the purchase of a Resale/Disclosure documents by the homeowner or their agent in order to sell a home. The Resale Documents for Cameron Station Community Association must be ordered from Community Archives. The documents can be sent or emailed to the owner or agent.
If you need to request a Resale/Disclosure Packet or a Lender Questionnaire please visit the CMC Management website at www.cmc-management.com. Resale packages and Lender Questionnaires are not prepared at the Cameron Club office.
Once on the CMC Management website you will want to follow the following instructions:
- Click on the orange Homeowners tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the “Place an Order” box under “Selling & Refinancing."
- Choose State "VA."
- There are instructions and product descriptions for each item.
- Please review the Commonly Asked Questions to determine the type of log-in needed to order specific products. How you register will affect what products you may order.
