HOA Fees

Townhouse/Single Family Owners

The quarterly assessment fee for Townhouse/Single Family Homes increased 1.14% to $307.20 per quarter or $102.40 per month for FY2013. The Transportation Management Plan (TMP), which is set and imposed by the City of Alexandria, increased 2.8% to $19.56 per quarter or $6.52 per month. The total assessment, including the TMP assessment is $326.76 per quarter. The payment coupons reflect both the assessment and the TMP increase. Payments: Please use the address listed on your coupon books to remit payments. If you do not have a payment coupon, please mail your payment to: Cameron Station c/o CMC, P.O. Box 10821, Chantilly, VA 20153-0821. Do not send correspondence to this address.

Homeowners who are utilizing CMC’s direct debit payment system and condominium owners will not receive a coupon book. Direct debit accounts will be debited on the third business day of January, April, July and October. Any homeowners who are not currently using direct debit, but wish to have it as their payment option may contact CMC Customer Service at (703) 631-7200. You may also obtain the Auto Debit Authorization Form from the CMC website at www.cmc-management.com. Click on 'Homeowner' located at the top of the homepage, under 'Forms' select 'Ask an Assessment Question' from the pull down menu, then select 'Auto Debit Authorization Form.'

Account Station with Associa Access: Associa Access gives homeowners the ability to view their real-time account balance information, as well as full payment history. As soon as an adjustment is made to an account, the current balance is immediately available to be viewed online. Homeowners are able to sign up for email notifications when any activity occurs on their assessment account. Click here to register with Associa Access.

This service is available to Townhouse/Single Family Owners and those Condominium Owners in a CMC managed Association.

Condominium Owners

The quarterly general assessment fee paid by all condominium owners increased 1.14% to $245.76 or $81.92 per month for FY2013. The Transportation Management Plan, which is set and imposed by the City of Alexandria, increased 2.8% to $19.56 per quarter or $6.52 per month. The amount is $265.32 per quarter or $88.44 per month. Please note that condominium owners will not be assessed directly by the Master Association (CSCA). Your CSCA assessments will be included in your respective condominium association monthly dues.
