The Hadeed Carpet Alexandria West End Art and Wine Festival will debut this October 8 and 9 in Ben Brenman Park and Cameron Station . The festival will feature 100 juried artists and hand-crafters, a special Wine Garden featuring 11 wines and live music and a "Taste of West End" showcasing popular area restaurants.
