Aqua Pilates
Come have fun with Pilate's, Yoga and T'ai Chi which will help promote balance, flexibility and core development. You can create an evenly conditioned body which improves overall sports performance and help prevent injuries. This class will elongate, strengthen and improve muscle elasticity and joint mobility. $68 for 8 weeks.
