Pilates
This is an excellent class for all ages and fitness levels. The focus is on strengthening the muscles between your hips and your sternum--your “powerhouse”--the central source for power, balance, and movement. These unique sequences of mat exercises not only strengthen but will improve your flexibility, coordination, and posture. Concentration and deep breathing being important principles of Pilates, you will increase mind/body awareness, also.
