Townhouse/Single Family Owners:
The monthly assessment fee for Townhouse/Single Family owners increased 2.91% from $96.81 in 2009 to $99.63 per month or $298.89 per quarter. The Transportation Management Plan (TMP) decreased from $6.47 per month to $6.02 per month, or $18.05 per quarter. The payment coupons will reflect the both the Assessment and TMP increase. Your total assessment, including the TMP assessment will be $316.94 per quarter. The coupon books for the new fiscal year were mailed in December 2009. If you did not receive the new assessment coupons or have questions about your assessment account, please contact the CMC office at (703) 631-7200.

Condominium Owners:
The monthly general assessment fee paid by all condominium owners increased 2.904% from $77.45 in FY2009 to $79.71. Also, please note that the Transportation Management Plan (TMP) decreased from $6.47 per month to $6.02 per month, or $18.05 per quarter. Please note that condominium owners will not be assessed directly by the Master Association (CSCA). Your CSCA assessments will be included in your respective condominium association monthly dues. Your total assessment including the TMP assessment will be $257.16 per quarter or $85.72 per month. Should you have questions regarding your condominium association assessment or the collection process, please contact your respective condominium association manager.
